What we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you join our waitlist. This is the only place on our site where we ask for personal information. The waitlist form collects:

• Your full name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your brand website
• Any additional notes you choose to provide

You choose whether to submit this. If you don’t join the waitlist, we don’t collect personal information about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:

• To add you to our waitlist and hold your place
• To contact you about early access when the platform launches
• To send occasional updates about DesignR’s development
• To understand what kinds of brands are interested in the platform, so we can build the right product

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.

Our legal basis for using your information

If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation:

• Consent — you actively chose to submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Where your information is stored

Your waitlist information is stored in the WordPress database that powers this website. Submissions are also emailed to our team for follow-up, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until one of the following happens:

• You ask us to delete it
• You unsubscribe from our communications
• We determine the waitlist is no longer active, at which point we will delete or anonymise the records

We do not keep personal information indefinitely without reason.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — ask what information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate
• Deletion — ask us to erase your information
• Withdraw consent — unsubscribe or ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time

Children

Our site and our product are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at designrsystem@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product develops. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will contact waitlist members directly.
